Compassion, Challenge, Excellence: Bringing children to Christ through education.

Rights Respecting School

Children will be bringing home a copy of our booklet, which explains all the articles in the United Nations convention on the Rights of the Child. Please feel free to have a look with your child. It will help you understand what our Ambassadors are working towards and how we can help them in school. There is a link to the booklet on the right hand side of the page.

These children have been chosen by their classmates to represent them as Ambassadors, who will help to make Saint FIdelis a Rights Respecting School.

Our Ambassadors

Amber, Jessica, Megan, Sian, Lucy, Samuel, Azokam, Ewan, Daniel and Logan are our Ambassadors. Miss Kirby and Mrs Gamble help and support them.

A Special Visit

With our hosts outside their school

On Monday 30th January, some members of the Learning Council, School Council and Ambassadors travelled to the village of High Halden in Ashford, Kent to set up a link between St Fidelis and High Halden CofE Primary.  We had a fantastic time - touring the school, presenting to their School Council and finding out about each others’ schools.  We can’t wait to see how our partnership will now develop!

we have recently found a new and free way of raising funds for the school.

How it Works:

  • Shops agree to give a commission to The Giving Machine each time a purchase is made through the site
  • The Giving Machine pass on 75% of that commission to the chosen receiver – in this case – St Fidelis School

What you can do to help raise funds:

  •  Log on to Thegivingmachine.co.uk and join as a Giver
  • Once you have completed this process you will be asked who you wish to support and you can choose St. Fidelis School

Every time you shop on-line just remember to go through The Giving Machine and support your school by doing this one simple thing. Don’t forget to mention this to grandparents, friends or colleagues, anyone can help support your school there are no limits.

There is a link on the right of the page, thank you
